THE BRIDE’S CALL

THE BRIDE’S CALL

This is the time
When the bride will turn to her Bridegroom
Fix her gaze on Him
Lean with her head
On his broad breast of love
Knowing she will never be shooed off
No matter how weighty her head becomes.

‘All who are heavily laden?
For you that is far off
Almost buried under your loads
I meet you at your tentative point
Extending my redemptive hands across’

The very hands that were outstretched on the cross

‘You blew it…Oh ok, so what?’
My grace is sufficient for you.
Shred off the futile accusations.
Who brings a charge against my elect?

My bride; I love you
With my claws of tenderness
I have grabbed you.
You are unpluckable, my LOVE.

My bride, yield to no other but Me
Fix your gaze on Me
Live unto me with all holiness even as you are much able
My bride, yield to no other but Me
